Alistair Perkins is a Director of Dexia's London Branch and is responsible for arranging financing for UK infrastructure projects. Alistair has 14 years banking and advisory experience, which has included financing for several major onshore and offshore wind schemes, energy from waste plants, gas storage facilities and a portfolio of 19 geothermal power plants in North America.
Andrew C R Marsden
Andrew heads the European activities of GE Energy Financial Services (EFS), GE Capital’s energy investing arm which has a portfolio of $23 billion of investments including over $4 billion invested in renewables, including over 7GW of wind energy.

Ben Warren leads E&Y’s Renewable Energy Infrastructure Team, which provides a range of transaction advisory services to clients engaged in the development, financing and ownership of renewable energy infrastructure projects.
Charles Hendry MP
Charles Hendry has been Member of Parliament for Wealden since 2001. He is currently Shadow Minister for Energy. Before this, Charles was Shadow Minister for Energy, Industry and Postal Affairs in the Business and Enterprise team and Energy Science and Technology in the former DTI team.
Cheryl Fisher
Cheryl Fisher heads the project finance and transport team in at the European Investment Bank covering projects in the UK, Ireland, France and Benelux. The team has been involved in the funding of PPP projects since 1996, and in this time has provided over EUR7bn of long term funding for PPP projects in the transport, health, education and waste sectors. The Division also provides funding for project finance energy projects and corporate clients providing transport infrastructure.
Damian Darragh
Damian specialises in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on renewable power. He has completed a wide range of deals at Terra Firma, including the sale of Waste Recycling Group, the spin-out and development of the Infinis renewable energy business, the acquisitions by Infinis of Summerleaze Re-Gen and Novera Plc, the refinancing of Phoenix Natural Gas and the acquisition of EverPower, the US wind energy business.
