Ben Warren leads E&Y’s Renewable Energy Infrastructure Team, which provides a range of transaction advisory services to clients engaged in the development, financing and ownership of renewable energy infrastructure projects.
Since joining Ernst & Young in 1997, Ben has provided his clients, which have ranged from entrepreneurial start-ups to multinational blue-chips, advice on a range of matters including arranging, structuring and negotiating equity and debt finance for renewable projects, and providing investors with due-diligence and other by-side advisory services.
Ben has experience of a wide range of renewable energy technologies, including onshore and offshore wind, biomass, geothermal, solar, energy from waste, renewable heat and biofuels.
Ben is AMCA qualified, and has authored and co-authored a number of articles regarding renewable energy finance.
