Michael is Head of the Banking, Projects and Procurement team at McGrigors (a team focusing Banking & Finance and Energy & Infrastructure), and a partner specialising in Project Finance in the Energy & Infrastructure markets.
He works from our Edinburgh and London offices. Michael has advised funders and borrowers/issuers in many Infrastructure and Energy transactions.
Recent transactions include: acting on a series of financings of gas and electricity transmission systems, for the consortium on a wind farm financing and the establishment of a c£400m infrastructure Fund.
