Alistair Perkins
Alistair Perkins is a Director of Dexia's London Branch and is responsible for arranging financing for UK infrastructure projects. Alistair has 14 years banking and advisory experience, which has included financing for several major onshore and offshore wind schemes, energy from waste plants, gas storage facilities and a portfolio of 19 geothermal power plants in North America.
Prior to joining Dexia, he formerly held positions at NIBC Bank and CIT in New York where he advised on, and arranged financing for a wide wariety of projects in the conventional power and renewable energy sectors.
Alistair has been actively involved in the project finance business since 1995 when he worked on a number of the early UK DBFO roads, PFI hospitals, schools and university accommodation schemes.
Alistair holds a BEng Honours degree in engineering and an MBA from the University of Nottingham, and started his career as an engineer with John Mowlem and Company plc.
